Zoe
Miniature dachshund
Zoe was a little black, short-haired miniature dachshund. A hot dog dog.
She had been around for 17 years. At that point you're not losing a pet. You're losing a friend. You're losing a family member.
Short black hairs were everywhere when she was here. She used to hide under the couch when the fireworks went off.
There's a pencil drawing of her hanging in the upstairs hallway.
